This bungalow will have stone added to the center and an open porch area with access from double French doors to take advantage of the year-round lake view. Their bungalow is also in walking distance to Treasure Lake's largest beach, is at the end of a cul de sac and backs to Pennsylvania State Game Lands.

“We bought our Treasure Lake lot from Elaine two years ago and planned to build our vacation home in about five years. With interest rates at record lows, we decided to take equity from our home and build now. It’s a win-win situation because with rates so low, we are only adding a few hundred dollars to our current mortgage and getting a vacation home that our kids can enjoy now while they are young and, when they grow up, they can bring their kids. No time like the present to start “building” those family memories.”
